If you haven’t already done so, why not pay a visit to GIBS’ new coffee shop, Mookana? The name comes from the Northern Sotho word for the Acacia karroo or sweet thorn tree – where the shadows of the branches meet the earth to create shade and where we gather to catch our breath, refuel and connect. Both Mookana and the Grab ’n Go are delivered by Café Zing.
