Thursday, 25 May 2023 saw a GIBS Open Day held to mark the annual Africa Day. But this was a special one, celebrating the founding exactly 60 years ago of the Organisation of African Unity. Our campus came alive to the sights and sounds of Africa, with musicians and a traditional market. Look closely and along with many members of faculty, staff and visitors, you’ll see GIBS Dean Professor Morris Mthombeni firmly in the swing of things.
We also produced a special edition of Acumen to mark the 60th Anniversary of Africa Day.
